Brand Alignment: How AI Sees You vs. Reality

See how AI engines picture your brand across a five-part perception scorecard and against competitors, find what is misaligned, and prove your fixes are working.

Brand Alignment shows how AI engines actually describe your brand, compares that picture to what you tell us is true, and turns the gaps into prioritized fixes. It is built from the answers AI engines give for your tracked prompts, so it reflects what real users see — not a guess.

The perception scorecard

Instead of a single sentiment number, Reaudit scores how AI talks about you across five categories, each from 0 to 100. Scores are built by reading the specific claims AI engines make about you, so a category stays empty until there is real evidence for it.
  • Trust & Reliability — is your brand described as trustworthy, safe, and dependable?
  • Quality & Performance — how AI rates what you deliver.
  • Value & Experience — pricing, ease of use, and support perception.
  • Market Position — whether AI treats you as a recognized, recommended option.
  • Innovation & Appeal — how modern, unique, and forward-thinking you seem.

Versus competitors

Under the scorecard, Reaudit compares your category scores to each competitor and shows where you lead, where they lead, and the single biggest gap to close. Use it to focus content on the dimension that is actually costing you.

Confirm reality, get fixes

  1. 1Review the AI picture — category, peers, reputation, and per-engine presence.
  2. 2Answer the diagnostic — confirm your real category, competitors, target queries, and ideal customer. This is stored separately and never changes your project settings.
  3. 3Read the fixes — Reaudit flags each mismatch (wrong category, wrong competitors, absent from your own category) and gives a prioritized, copy-ready fix you can hand to the assistant or your IDE.

Prove your fix worked (corrective tracking)

Fixing AI perception only matters if the answers actually change. When you publish content to address a fix, click Mark as published and add the page URL plus the key phrases it makes. Reaudit then watches the AI answers it collects afterwards and tells you whether the corrective is being reflected.
  • Published — pending — registered, waiting for fresh AI answers.
  • Reflected in N answers — AI answers now quote your phrases or cite your page. The fix is landing.
  • No change yet — a week has passed with no pickup; consider strengthening the page or building more off-site signals.

Check progress anytime

Use "Check if reflected" to re-scan on demand. Reflection depends on AI engines re-reading the web, so give a freshly published page some time before expecting movement.
