Social Media Analytics
Track engagement metrics across all your connected social media platforms.
The Social Media Analytics tab provides a unified view of your engagement metrics across all connected platforms. Track views, likes, shares, comments, and clicks for every post you publish through Reaudit.
Viewing Analytics
- 1Navigate to the Social Media page from the sidebar.
- 2Click the "Analytics" tab.
- 3View overall stats (total posts, views, likes, shares, comments, clicks).
- 4See per-platform breakdowns with engagement rates.
- 5Click "Sync Now" to fetch the latest metrics from each platform.
Post History
- 1Click the "Post History" tab on the Social Media page.
- 2View all posts with their platform, status, and timestamps.
- 3Click the external link icon to view the post on the original platform.
- 4Filter by platform or status to find specific posts.
Analytics Sync
Analytics are fetched from each platform's API. Some platforms may have delays in reporting metrics. Click "Sync Now" to get the latest data.
