Monitor brand and competitor mentions across X, Reddit, YouTube, Hacker News, and LinkedIn — plus AI citation threads.
Engage Online is Reaudit's social listening workspace. It combines two streams: AI citation mentions (threads already cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other engines for your tracked prompts) and keyword matches (new posts you discover by scanning X, Reddit, YouTube, Hacker News, and your LinkedIn Company Page).
Three tabs
- Mentions — Unified inbox of citation threads and keyword hits. Filter by platform, status, keyword, and saved views.
- Keywords — Add brand, product, or competitor terms and choose which sources to scan. Adding a keyword runs a scan; new matches use credits (citations in Mentions stay free).
- Analytics — Volume trends, top accounts, platform breakdown, and keyword performance over 30 days.
Where to find it
- 1Open the sidebar and go to Engage Online.
- 2Select your project from the project switcher if prompted.
- 3Start on Mentions to review what's already there, or Keywords to add terms to track.
