Company Branding for Reports
Add your company logo, name, and accent color in your profile so every exported report is branded.
Your company branding is set once on your profile and applied to every report you export across all projects. This way every PDF you send to a client carries your logo and accent color without configuring each project individually.
How to Set It Up
- 1Go to your profile at /profile
- 2Find the Company Branding card
- 3Upload your company logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG — up to 2 MB)
- 4Enter your Company Name as you want it to appear on reports
- 5Optionally set a Primary Color in #RRGGBB hex format (e.g. #1E40AF)
- 6Click Save — the next report you export will use these settings
Where It Shows Up
- Cover page — your logo on the left, project name and date range on the right
- Subtitle — "Company Name · Brand:
" so the cover identifies who the report is from - Accent color — used on the cover stripe, the AI Visibility chart line, and KPI tile values throughout the PDF
Logo Tips
- SVG is preferred — vector logos stay crisp at any size. Reaudit rasterizes them automatically when generating the PDF
- Wide wordmarks are fully supported — the cover preserves your logo's natural aspect ratio (no squashing into a square)
- Tall or square logos are also fine — they're centered horizontally in the logo area
- Use a transparent background (PNG or SVG) so the logo blends with the report's white background
Color matching
Pick your brand's primary hex color and the chart, headings, and KPI tiles will pick it up automatically. Skip the field to use Reaudit's default blue.
Privacy and Security
Logos are stored on Reaudit's private file server and served only to your account. The browser never receives the storage URL or credentials — every fetch goes through Reaudit's server-side proxy.
Removing the Logo
Click Remove on the profile card to clear your logo. Reports will fall back to a logoless cover that still shows your company name and accent color.
