SEO Alerts

Monitor SEO health across audits, analytics, and keyword cannibalization with automated alerts and custom rules.

SEO Alerts is your unified monitoring dashboard. It combines alerts from three sources — SEO audits, analytics thresholds, and keyword cannibalization — into a single feed with severity levels and actionable links.

Summary Cards

  • Total Alerts — All alerts across sources
  • Critical — Issues needing immediate attention (red)
  • High — Important issues to address soon (orange)
  • Resolved — Alerts you have marked as resolved (green)

Alert Sources

  • Audit Issues — Score drops, new SEO issues, or broken links detected during site audits
  • Analytics — Custom threshold alerts on metrics like sessions, page views, bounce rate, search clicks, CTR, impressions, average position, bot crawls, or AI referrals
  • Cannibalization — Keywords where multiple pages on your site compete against each other in search results

Creating Alert Rules

  1. 1Click "New Alert Rule" in the header
  2. 2Give your alert a name (e.g., "Position drop alert")
  3. 3Select a metric to monitor (GA4, Search Console, or Tracking metrics)
  4. 4Choose a condition: goes above, drops below, drops by %, or increases by %
  5. 5Set the threshold value
  6. 6Click "Create Alert" — the system will evaluate this rule automatically

Run Check

Click "Run Check" to trigger an on-demand keyword cannibalization scan using the last 30 days of Search Console data. Results appear as new alerts in the feed.

Alert Actions

  • View — Navigate to the relevant page (audit, analytics, or cannibalization dashboard)
  • Mark Read — Dismiss the unread indicator
