Content Calendar

Plan, schedule, and publish content across blog and social media channels from a unified calendar view.

The Content Calendar is your command center for all published and planned content. It combines blog posts, social media posts, and planned content items into a single visual interface with multiple views.

Three Views

  • Month View — Traditional calendar grid showing content on each day. Click any day to add content. Color-coded by type: blue for blog, purple for social media, gray for planned.
  • List View — Chronological list of all content items with detailed metadata (status, platform, date).
  • Board View — Kanban-style columns organized by week for drag-and-drop planning.

Adding Content

Click the "+" button or click on a day to open the Add Content modal. You can:
  • Plan Content — Add a placeholder with a title, topic, and target date for future creation.
  • Blog Post — Publish directly to your connected CMS (WordPress or React/Next.js). The system automatically detects which CMS you have connected.
  • Social Post — Open the social media composer to create and schedule posts to any connected platform.

Social Media Integration

Social media posts published or scheduled through Reaudit appear directly in the calendar. Click any social media entry to see:
  • The full post text and platform
  • Status (scheduled, published, failed, draft)
  • Timestamps (scheduled time, published time)
  • Hashtags, links, and media count
  • Analytics (views, likes, shares, comments, clicks) when available
  • A "Refresh Stats" button to fetch the latest engagement metrics from the platform

CMS Publishing

The calendar supports direct publishing to your CMS. The system detects whether you have WordPress or React/Next.js connected and shows the appropriate option:
  • WordPress — Publishes to your WordPress site with proper formatting, categories, and schema markup.
  • React / Next.js — Publishes via webhook to your React-based blog. Select a section (e.g., /blog, /articles) for proper URL routing.

Right-Click for Options

Right-click any calendar entry for a context menu with quick actions: view details, edit, delete, or create content from a planned item.
