Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Analyze, test, and optimize your conversion funnel with goals, funnels, A/B tests, and AI-powered landing page analysis.

The CRO dashboard helps you understand and improve how visitors convert on your website. It combines goal tracking, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and AI-powered recommendations into a single view.

The Eight Tabs

  • Overview — KPI cards (conversions, engagement score, visitors, active tests), conversions by goal, device breakdown with mobile gap warnings, high-intent patterns, and top channels.
  • Insights — Automated CRO insights with severity levels. Filter by All, New, Acknowledged, or Resolved. Click "Run Monitor" to trigger a fresh analysis. Each insight includes suggested actions you can check off.
  • Goals — Create and manage conversion goals. Choose between event-based or page-visit goals, mark them as macro or micro, and optionally assign a monetary value. Each goal shows its conversion summary.
  • Funnels — Build multi-step funnels with a configurable time window. After analysis, see step-by-step drop-off rates to identify where visitors leave.
  • Landing Pages — Lists your tracked landing pages sorted by views, conversion rate, or CRO score. Click "Analyze URL" for a detailed CRO audit: CTA audit, trust signals, and copy recommendations.
  • A/B Tests — Create experiments with DOM variant changes (selector, attribute, value). Requires at least one goal. Start, pause, or view results with statistical winner detection.
  • Recommendations — AI-generated CRO suggestions plus separate GEO and AI visibility recommendation sub-tabs.
  • Settings — Configure monitor frequency (off, 6h, 12h, daily, weekly) and anomaly detection threshold percentage.

Date Range

Use the date range selector in the header to filter data across all tabs: 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. Click Refresh to reload the current view.

Getting Started

Start by creating a conversion goal in the Goals tab, then set up a funnel to visualize the journey. Once you have data flowing, use Landing Page analysis to find quick wins.
