AI Agent

Agent activity: see everything AI agents changed

A per-project log of every change made by the desktop agent, the Reaudit assistant, Claude or ChatGPT over MCP and API keys, including publishes your guardrails stopped.

Agent activity answers “what did the AI do on this project?”. Every time an agent creates, changes, publishes, schedules or deletes something for the project, a line is added: which agent, what it did, what it changed and when. Publishes stopped by your guardrails are listed too, with the reason.

Where to find it

  1. 1Open Project settings for the project.
  2. 2Choose the Agent activity tab.
  3. 3Filter by agent (Desktop, Web assistant, MCP clients, API keys) or show only Blocked actions. Click a line for the details: the tool used, the record, a link to it and, for blocked actions, what broke the rules.

Which agents are recorded

  • Desktop agent: the Reaudit desktop app.
  • Web assistant: the AI assistant inside the Reaudit web app.
  • MCP client: Claude, ChatGPT and other apps you connected to Reaudit, shown by name.
  • API key: anything using one of your Reaudit API keys, shown with the key’s name.
Each line also shows whose account the agent was working for, so on a team you can see who asked for it.

What is not listed

Reading data (reports, analytics, searches, draft checks) is not listed, only changes. Changes people make themselves in the dashboard are not listed either.

Show it to your client

Agencies can show clients a simple What the AI agent did list on the client portal’s Activity page: the actions, what they changed and when, for the last 7 or 30 days. Turn it on in Client Portal → Sections → What the AI agent did. It is off by default, and clients never see blocked attempts, tool names, internal details or which team member asked.

How long it is kept

Activity is kept for about 13 months, then removed automatically.

For agents and MCP clients

list_agent_activity returns the same log, newest first, with optional since, limit and status (success or blocked). It is handy for a weekly client update: ask your agent “what did you publish for this project this week?”.
