Change a fact everywhere (carry one fix through every asset)
Change a price, legal line or product name once: drafts, scheduled posts, ads, knowledge documents and guardrails are updated, the knowledge base learns the new fact, and anything already live is listed for you.
Turn it on in Project settings → Agent features → Carry one fix through every asset. The Change a fact everywhere panel then appears on the same page.
- 1Write the old wording exactly as it appears (for example “£49 per month”) and the new one (“£59 per month”), with an optional note on why.
- 2Press Preview to see every place it appears, marked Updated automatically or Update by hand.
- 3Press Apply. Only project owners and admins can apply.
What changes
- Updated automatically: unpublished articles and landing pages, draft, scheduled and failed social posts, ad creatives that are not running, Knowledge Studio documents (approved ones are re-indexed), and your guardrails’ approved claims and brand rules.
- Update by hand: anything already live (published articles, posted social posts, running ads), with a link to each. Reaudit never edits live content behind your back.
- Knowledge base: the “Approved claims” document is rewritten and the change is added to a “Fact changes” log, so agents and the claim check use the new fact.
- Old wording: optionally added as a banned phrase (warning only), so agents are told if they use it again.
- Approvals: approved items that changed need approval again; the result tells you how many.
Matching ignores capitals and extra spaces but is otherwise exact, so write the wording the way it appears in your copy. Earlier changes are listed under the panel. Agents can preview and (owners and admins) apply changes too, and always preview first.
