AI Agent
Agent controls in the desktop app
Where guardrails, agent activity, agent features and approvals live in the Reaudit desktop app, and how the desktop agent follows them.
The desktop app has the same controls as the web app, for the project selected in the project picker. Changes made in one appear in the other.
In Settings
- Guardrails: approved claims, banned phrases, disclosures, brand rules, enforcement, what agents may change, and Test a draft.
- Agent activity: what agents changed on the project, and what was blocked.
- Agent features: the opt-in features (learn from feedback, permission roles, approval chain) and the feedback inbox.
- Approvals: what is waiting for you, and the project’s open approvals.
While you work
- Studio panel (articles, landing pages, social posts and ads the agent made): guardrail warnings appear under the header as you edit, and, with the approval chain on, the item’s approval state with Submit for approval.
- Schedule dialog (Broadcast, calendar, Studio): the same warnings and approval state before you schedule or post.
- Your own edits in the Studio panel count as feedback (when that feature is on) and are never limited by permission roles.
What the desktop agent does
- Reads the project’s guardrails and brand rules before writing, and checks drafts before saving, publishing or scheduling.
- Fixes anything the guardrails flag, and never works around a blocked publish.
- Asks you about drafts you rewrote or deleted (with Learn from feedback on) and saves your answer.
- Submits drafts for approval when the approval chain is on, and publishes only once they are approved.
- Leaves work as a draft when its permission role only allows drafts.
These settings need a recent version of the desktop app. If you do not see them, update from the app menu.
