Post as a LinkedIn Company Page

Connect the Company Pages you manage and choose, for each post, whether it goes out as you or as the brand.

LinkedIn posts can go out as you (your profile) or as a Company Page you manage. Each one is its own connected account, so you pick which one a post uses, the same way you pick between two X accounts.

Connect a Company Page

  1. 1Open the LinkedIn connect dialog (Tools, Broadcast channels, or the social media page).
  2. 2Click Connect a Company Page (or Add a Company Page if you already connected your profile).
  3. 3Log in to LinkedIn and approve the Page permissions.
  4. 4Every Page where you are an admin or content admin is added as its own account, labelled Company Page. Your profile, if connected, is labelled Profile.

No Pages found?

You need the Super admin or Content admin role on the Page in LinkedIn. Ask a Page admin to give you one of those roles, then connect again.

Choose the Page when you post

  • Broadcast: in Channels, the Account menu for LinkedIn lists each account as "Name · Profile" or "Name · Company Page". Pick the Page. Review publishes with exactly that account.
  • Composer and Content Calendar: each connected LinkedIn account is its own channel. Page channels carry a small Page tag; hover to see the full name. Select the ones you want.
  • Content (editing a draft or scheduled post): change the account in the post's account picker before it publishes.
  • AI Agent, desktop agent and MCP clients: when a platform has more than one account and you have not said which, the agent asks, for example "Post on LinkedIn as you, or as the Company Page?". If it drafted without asking, it tells you which account it used and which others are connected, and checks with you before anything is published.
  • For MCP builders: list_social_connections marks each LinkedIn account postsAs: company_page or profile. Pass the Page's ID in connectionIds to cross_post_to_social, generate_social_posts or create_social_campaign, or set connectionId with update_social_post to move a draft to the Page. Without a choice, results include accountChoiceNote.
Everything about the post goes out as the Page: the text, the images or video, and the first comment that carries the link.

One LinkedIn login for your profile and your Pages

LinkedIn gives each person one active login per app, shared by their profile and the Pages they manage, in every Reaudit project. Reaudit keeps them in step: reconnecting your profile also keeps the Page permissions, so your Pages keep posting. If LinkedIn ever logs you out, reconnect once and every account for that login works again.
