Knowledge Studio
Documents Reaudit keeps up to date for you
Approved claims, brand rules, approved work and fact changes are written to your knowledge base automatically, so agents, knowledge search and the claim check always use what your team decided.
Some decisions your team makes elsewhere in Reaudit also belong in the knowledge base. Reaudit writes them there for you as approved documents in Knowledge Studio, marked “Maintained by Reaudit”, and adds them to the project’s searchable knowledge base. You never have to copy them over.
The documents
- Approved claims: every approved claim from [Guardrails](/dashboard/help?article=agent-guardrails), with the markets it applies to. Rewritten whenever the guardrails are saved; it disappears when there are none.
- Brand rules: your [brand rules](/dashboard/help?article=brand-rules), including the ones learned from feedback. Rewritten whenever the guardrails are saved.
- Approved:
: one per completed [approval](/dashboard/help?article=approval-chain), with the approved text of each item and the steps it passed. Written when the last step is signed off. - Fact changes: a dated log of every fact you [changed everywhere](/dashboard/help?article=fact-changes) (“£49 per month” is now “£59 per month”), so agents always use the new wording.
Why it matters
- Agents find this knowledge when they search the knowledge base before writing, so they use approved wording and current facts.
- The claim check in Guardrails compares drafts with your knowledge base, so approved work and fact changes count as evidence.
- Knowledge search (in the app and over MCP) returns these documents alongside your own, ranked as approved brand knowledge.
Editing them
Change the source, not the document: edit approved claims and brand rules in Project settings → Guardrails, and Reaudit rewrites the document. Edits made directly to “Approved claims” or “Brand rules” are replaced the next time the guardrails are saved. The “Fact changes” log keeps your edits and adds new entries below them.
- Nothing to turn on: approved claims and brand rules appear as soon as you add some; approved work and fact changes appear when you use the approval chain and “Change a fact everywhere”.
- No credits or AI calls: writing and indexing these documents is free. Drift detection skips them, because their source is Reaudit itself.
- Updating a fact also updates your own documents: “Change a fact everywhere” replaces the old wording in your Knowledge Studio documents too, and re-indexes the approved ones.
