Monday Memo: your week in AI answers on one page

A one-page weekly memo built from your tracked AI answers: what you gained, what you lost, where answers come from, and up to five drafted actions you can close in minutes.

Monday Memo turns a week of AI answers into one page you can read in two minutes and act on in twenty. It follows a simple loop: track the questions your buyers ask AI, see which pages the AI engines cite when they answer, then show up on exactly those pages. Every suggestion in the memo opens in Reaudit with the draft already written.

Where to find it

  1. 1Select your project in the project switcher.
  2. 2Open Monday Memo in the sidebar, or click Open this week’s memo on the dashboard banner.
  3. 3A new memo is prepared for every project early each Monday (UTC), from the answers to your tracked questions in the week before. A brand-new project can press Prepare it now instead of waiting for Monday.

What’s on the page

  • The headline: how often AI assistants mentioned you this week compared with last week, your average position among the brands they name, and net sentiment.
  • What you gained: questions where you now appear on an engine that didn’t mention you last week, moved up at least one place, or appear in clearly more answers. Open a line to see the page the engines cite most in those answers.
  • What you lost: the same, the other way round, with the brand named first instead of you and the source those answers rely on.
  • Where you’re still missing: tracked questions where no answer mentions you at all.
  • Where the answers come from: the share of cited links by type of site (Reddit, YouTube, blogs, review sites, competitors, your own site) and the single most useful page of each type for you.
  • What was done last week: work recorded on your visibility chart (published content, posts, fixes) and how many of last week’s actions were closed.
  • What to do this week: up to five actions, in order of impact. They are not a fixed list: every page AI cites in answers that leave you out, every question you lost ground on and every question you are missing from is scored by how many of those answers the action could change, weighted by how likely it is to land. Only what your project’s answers actually show makes the list, so a project whose answers never cite Reddit gets no Reddit action.

Every line comes from your data

No AI writes the memo. Each finding is calculated from the answers to your tracked questions in the week before Monday, compared with the week before that, and links to the cited page it is based on.

Actions open with the draft written

  • Reply on Reddit: opens the reply panel on the exact thread AI engines cite and writes the reply for you (uses 1 credit). Press Copy & open Reddit, paste, post. The action is marked done.
  • Publish a page: opens Content Studio with the question, the competitor named instead of you and the pages AI cites already filled in, and starts writing the draft. It shows Draft ready when the draft exists and Done when you publish it to WordPress or your site, or post it.
  • Ask a site to include you: opens an outreach email to the author of a page AI cites, already written. Sending it marks the action done.
  • Make a short video: opens Content Studio with a YouTube script for a question where AI cites a video.
  • Done it some other way? Use I did this. Not relevant? Skip it. Changed your mind? Reopen.

Progress

The bar at the top shows how many actions you have closed, one dot per action (white when done, peach when the draft is ready), and how many tracked questions the actions go after. Start opens the next open action. Progress is saved for the whole team and the week.

Make it yours: Edit memo

Press Edit memo above the page to choose what the memo shows. Switch any part off (for example What you lost) and move parts up or down with the arrows. The change applies to every memo of the project, including ones already prepared, for the whole team. Clients in the client portal see the memo as you set it but cannot change it.

Scheduled sections and reminders

Ask for something once and get it on a schedule: “every Friday at 9, show me the money we made”, “every Monday, the LinkedIn post that would raise our AI visibility most”, or a reminder like “remind me on the 20th to send the Atlas report”. Add one in Edit memo → Add, from Schedule a section on the calendar, or just say it to the agent in the desktop app, the dashboard assistant, or Claude/Cursor through Reaudit MCP.
  • Where the result goes: by default each run is its own short memo on its day, and the next Monday Memo sums it up under Since the last memo. Choose Inside the Monday Memo for things you want every Monday as a section of the memo.
  • In the chat, too: each result is posted back into the chat where you set it up (in the desktop app or the dashboard assistant), marked ⏰ Scheduled, so you can reply right there. Set up from Claude or the memo, it gets a chat of its own.
  • Where it runs: in the Reaudit desktop app when it’s open. If no app is open, Reaudit runs it on its servers within about 20 minutes and the answer is waiting in the chat next time.
  • Desktop connections: a section that uses HubSpot, Notion or another connection added in the desktop app runs only in the app (those sign-ins stay on your Mac). If the app was closed, it runs as soon as it opens, once.
  • Drafts, never publishing: turn on Prepare drafts it recommends and it writes the post or page it suggests, waiting in Broadcast or Content Studio for you. Nothing is published by itself.
  • Calendar: every scheduled section, reminder and the Monday Memo itself shows on the calendar (web and desktop). Click a past one to read it, a future one to change it, pause it or run it now.
  • Notifications: you get a notification and an email when a section is ready or a reminder is due.

Team members only

Anyone on the project team can schedule sections; client accounts cannot. Plans include 2 scheduled sections per project on Starter, 5 on Professional, 20 on Agency and unlimited on Enterprise. Reminders don’t count toward the limit.

The memo archive

Below the memo, previous weeks lie on a desk like a pile of pages. Each one shows that week’s mention rate, questions gained and lost, average position and actions closed. Click a page to open that week’s full memo; This week brings you back. A dashed page was never prepared (for example, weeks before Monday Memo existed): opening it prepares it from that week’s answers (up to 12 weeks back).

Rebuild

A memo is saved once per week so its actions stay put while you work through them. Rebuild prepares it again from the same week’s answers (useful after changing competitors or tracked questions); progress on actions that are still there is kept.
