Skills: teach the AI Agent a repeatable task
Use the built-in skills or write your own instructions so the agent always follows your voice, format or workflow.
A skill is a set of instructions the AI Agent follows when you pick it. Built-in skills are ready to use. Create your own to lock in a brand voice, an output format or a workflow you repeat often.
Where to find it
- 1Open AI Agent in the sidebar.
- 2Click Skills at the top of the chat, next to the history button.
- 3Use the Chat · Skills tabs at the top of the page to switch back to the conversation.
Create a skill
- 1Click New skill.
- 2Give it a name (for example “Brand Voice”) and a short description of when to use it.
- 3Write the instructions: the voice, the rules and the output format the agent should follow.
- 4Click Create skill. You can edit or delete it later from Your skills.
Plans
Built-in skills are available to everyone with the AI Agent. Custom skills are available on the Professional plan and above.
