Publish articles to Webflow, Shopify and Sanity

Send a Content Studio article straight into your Webflow collection, Shopify blog or Sanity dataset, as a draft for review or live. Uses revocable tokens you create in your CMS.

Under each long-form draft, Publish to your CMS sends the article to Webflow, Shopify or Sanity. It sits next to WordPress, React and Republish (Ghost, dev.to, Medium, Substack).

Connect your CMS

  • Webflow: in Site settings → Apps & integrations → API access, generate a token with CMS read and write. Reaudit picks your blog collection and works out which fields hold the body, summary and main image.
  • Shopify: in Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps, create an app with the write_content and read_content Admin API scopes, install it and copy the Admin API access token and your myshopify.com address.
  • Sanity: in sanity.io/manage → API → Tokens, create a token with Editor permissions. Give the project ID and dataset, and optionally your post URL pattern (for example https://yoursite.com/blog/{slug}). Reaudit looks at an existing post to learn your field names and whether the body is Portable Text, HTML or Markdown.

Your tokens

Use a dedicated token with only the permissions above, never your main password. Reaudit stores it encrypted, never shows it again, and you can revoke it in your CMS at any time. Agents can publish through a connection but can never add or read a token.

Publish

  1. 1Choose where articles go: the Webflow collection, the Shopify blog or the Sanity document type.
  2. 2Press Create draft to send it for review in your CMS (recommended the first time), or Publish live.
  3. 3The list under the buttons shows every send from this article, with links to live posts and any error.
  • What is sent: title, URL slug, body (with headings, lists, bold, italics and links), summary, tags, featured image and author where the CMS has a field for them.
  • Webflow collections with required fields Reaudit cannot fill (for example a required category) are refused with the field names: make them optional or pick another collection.
  • Publishing live adds a marker to your visibility chart, closes the matching Monday Memo action, and respects the approval chain if your project uses one.

From your AI assistant

  • list_cms_connections: your connections and where each one publishes.
  • publish_to_cms: send an article; it creates a draft unless you ask for live. Live publishing is checked against your guardrails and approval chain.
